About Our Studio
Established by interior designer, Mary Lujan, and currently run by her daughter, Rebecca Lujan-Stoitsiadis, Hepplewhite's Interiors has been a part of downtown Rochester for 30 years!
The first store, GENERATIONS, opened in 1984 behind Lytle's Drugstore. After moving to Main Street, Hepplewhite's was opened to compliment the original store.
In 1990, the stores combined under the Hepplewhite's name and moved to the former site of Rochester Hills Library, on University. In 1999, Hepplewhite's moved back to it's "roots" on Main Street, where the interior design business has flourished for over eighteen years.
Meet The Team
Rebecca has been involved with Hepplewhite's since the inception, joining full-time upon graduating from Sheffield School for Art and Design in NYC. She took over the business in 2009 and oversees all house call consultations, space planning, remodels, and new builds. Rebecca's sewing expertise is an invaluable asset when designing custom draperies.
Originally from Petoskey, Michigan, Alicia studied interior design at the Art Institute of Denver. She returned to Michigan and joined our team over two years ago. Currently, Alicia assists with in-home consultations, as well as hourly selections for new builds and remodeling projects with principle designer, Rebecca Lujan-Stoitsiadis.
